Payment: Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges.

The Customer agrees to:

Ensure proper packaging and labeling of Goods.

6. Liability and Limitations

Company Liability: CW Express Shipping Inc liability for loss or damage to Goods is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the Goods or $100 per shipment, unless a higher value is declared and additional charges are paid.

Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or labor disputes.

7. Claims and Disputes

Claims: All claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the state of Illinois, in accordance with Illinois laws.

8. Insurance

The Company does not provide insurance coverage for Goods. Customers are advised to obtain their own insurance.

CW Express Shipping Inc offers an SMS messaging program for driver recruiting, hiring, and service communications. Participation is voluntary and consent to receive messages is not a condition of employment, hire, or purchase.
